It’s been a whirlwind few weeks! Photographed that beautiful wedding then straight into Portraiture. Got a distinction for my Camera 2 Photo Essay so feeling pretty chipper considering halfway through the term I was beginning to wonder if I’d actually be able to pull it off!

Photographing a Christening next week so that’s something new. Should be fun :)

Now, portraiture…. Halfway through already! Very challenging time- wise and certainly a lot of content to get through in 9 weeks. I must produce 10 portraits, all of different subjects, with a 60/40 split, 6 studio, 4 location. Actually quite difficult to do given work commitments, limited studio availability and model availability. I’m aiming for as many different lighting styles as I can achieve for the studio ones to show a bit of range, then experimenting with off- camera flash and natural light for the location shots.
